
Описание вакансии: Reservation agent
- Supervise all incoming and outgoing room reservation requests and make sure they are attended to as per the hotel standards and procedures
- Attract guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service through communication and sales skills, in order to improve the hotel’s image and increase revenue
- Recognize a VIP guest and to apply the concerned policies
- Recognize potential clients and to transmit information to the Sales Department
- Maintain a good commercial relationship with all the bookers: guest / company / agencies
- Promote the Accor loyalty programs and the Hotel promotions
- Respect the privacy of the guest and the confidentiality of the information
- Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest satisfaction and recording it
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Kazakh languages
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year, preferably
- Knowledge of Opera will be a plus
- Customer orientation, responsibility, attention to the details
- The ability to foster commitment, team spirit and trust
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Desire to develop in hotel industry
Conditions:
- Shift work schedule 5/2, shifts from 9 to 18, from 10 to 19, from 11 to 20
